VII. DISPUTE MANAGEMENT – APPLICABLE LAW

If one or more provisions of these general terms of use are deemed invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, regulation, or as a result of a final decision by a competent court, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The parties agree to replace the declared null and void clause with a clause that closely matches the content of the originally agreed clause, in particular, to maintain the balance of the contract.

These terms are governed by French law. Any interpretation, dispute, or claim related to these terms must, as a priority and where possible, be settled through amicable negotiations. In the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
