Exceptional foie gras, carefully aged in the heart of Morbihan, our foie gras is marinated for 24 hours in a brine of salt and sugar, enhanced by a note of cognac that perfectly balances the fat for a melting texture and a tasting all in lightness 🍽️

Enjoy our Scottish salmon Label Rouge, with its fine taste and tender flesh. Smoked with beech wood for 6 hours, it offers a delicate and perfectly balanced aroma 🐟

The Chef’s advice to enhance your parties

For the foie gras: Take it out of the fridge 10 to 15 minutes before tasting so that it returns to its ideal temperature and releases all its aromas. No artifice needed to awaken your taste buds! To be accompanied by a soft white wine or a champagne previously carafe for a refined experience.

Smoked salmon: To be enjoyed directly from the fridge in order to fully savor the unique smoky aroma brought by our Chef. On a slightly golden and warm brioche bread, accompanied by a light and fruity red wine, it’s a real moment of gourmet pleasure.
